Questions about printing your outfits

How much does it cost to print T-shirts or hoodies?

The cost of your order depends on three different factors: the product price, the printing price, and the number of products. The printing price is added to the product price shown on our website: We charge €7 per printed side (front, back, sleeves, hood). This is because we print all garments by hand, and each printing process is a new step.

As an online printing company for teams, you receive a TeamShirts quantity discount : For just 6 items, you and your team receive a 10% discount. This means: the larger your shopping cart, the lower the product price. Standard shipping within Germany is always free at TeamShirts; only express shipping incurs an additional charge. We have no hidden costs: You can see how much it costs to print your desired textiles in your shopping cart when you place your order.

Which type of printing is best for you?

Digital printing, flex, or polypro printing: We use a variety of printing methods for textile printing , which may be confusing at first. But you don’t have to worry about choosing the best printing method for your order—we’ll take care of that! Would you like to have your textiles embroidered? That’s also possible.

To ensure your new T-shirts, hoodies, and other items are a real eye-catcher, we offer a full range of printing processes. We personally review each order and determine the optimal printing method for you. So, you can’t make a wrong choice when printing your clothing with us! When can you expect delivery?

Did you order with standard shipping in Germany? Your order should arrive within a few days. If you’re in a hurry and need it faster, you can select express shipping in your shopping cart during checkout for an additional charge .

How quickly we can ship your order depends on when and how many pieces you ordered. Each product is printed by hand and shipped from Germany, so delivery times may vary from time to time. If you want to know the exact time, you can use our delivery time calculator .

Can I upload my own designs?

At our textile printing shop, you have the choice: You can upload your own designs or choose from our huge selection of motifs!

Are there any problems with your design? If you have questions about design formats or problems designing T-shirts, hoodies, etc., you can contact us at any time. Simply send an email with your questions to info@teamshirts.de – and we’ll make sure your dream design ends up on the clothing of your choice. Our free graphic design service is also available to help with any special requests .

Digital direct printing

With digital direct printing, the design of your choice is printed directly onto the product. Since almost all textiles and accessories can be printed, this technique is the most commonly used. It's particularly suitable for detailed motifs and designs with color gradients.

Flex foil printing

With flex foil printing, your design is cut from various foils, weeded by hand, and pressed onto the fabric using heat and pressure. The result is smooth, slightly glossy designs with striking colors—particularly suitable for text, logos, and designs with a limited amount of color.

Embroidery

Embroidery is a popular, traditional finishing technique. Because real yarns are sewn into the fabric, your embroidered motif looks particularly elegant – whether on hoodies, caps, polo shirts, or aprons. It's ideal for logos, lettering, or motifs with up to eight colors.

DTF transfer printing

With DTF transfer printing, your design is first printed on a transfer film before being heat-pressed onto the desired product. The advantages: vibrant, colorfast printing, even for multi-colored, detailed designs, on almost all textiles and materials.
